Role:

This role is for a Part-Qualified Accountant within a growing Finance Function. This is a 6 month Contract position covering a maternity leave, which will allow a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant to develop, learn new skills and take on responsibility in financial accounting. The role will assist on monthly processes and projects

 

Responsibilities

The role includes:

  • General ledger/Month end close process
  • Financial reporting – working closely with various teams to ensure accuracy of Revenue
  • Support Management reporting
  • Internal & External Audit support for multiple countries
  • Assist on various aspects of a project
  • Ensuring all monthly general ledger reconciliations are completed
  • Assist with Process Improvements in the Revenue area

 

Experience and Requirements

  • Part-Qualified/Recently Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or CPA)
  • Good knowledge of local/US GAAP is desirable
  • Strong experience in Excel required / Comfortable in dealing with large volumes of data/Strong Data Analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to take on new tasks as required and can work on own initiative
  • Willingness to work closely within growing Finance team & with Cross functional stakeholders
