We are looking for a permanent part time Bookkeeper / Office Administrator, we are flexible with the workings hours (4-5 hours a day 5 days a week). It could be 9am to 2pm  or similar, happy to discuss at interview.


  • Book-keeping Duties
  • Management of Sales Ledger to include Debtors Collection
  • Management of Purchase ledger
  • Management of Bank Account
  • Preparation of weekly Payroll
  • Management pf PAYE

Office Administration duties to include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Deal with Insurance companies re quotes

Experience required:

  • Experience of Sage 50 is essential for this role
  • Pascal Payroll  preferably although experience of any payroll package will suffice
  • Experience dealing with Customers both personally  and by Telephone
